This is our guest area. We rent it out on Airbnb most of the time but if it's not high season we are happy to exchange. We can also go away for a week if we have notice so that you have the place to your selves. We are walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and you don't really need a car as there is a free town bus. There is a nice deck off the bedroom with a view of the mountains (ski slopes in winter) and a pond. We are on a dead end street. You would likely be sharing the house with us (we are on the third floor) if we are there. This accommodation is rated the most five stars in Utah on Airbnb!

My husband Tom and I live in Park City but used to live at the house in Big Cottonwood Canyon. We have several properties we can trade so it's always worth contacting us. My husband is a retired attorney and I'm a Realtor and keen chef. I love to hike and garden and a cat lover. Looking for a trade in North Island NZ for November 2024 (one week) and south island NZ for November 2024 and possibly spring of 2025. Spetses Greece is also on the cards. Southern Europe in late October any year.
