Located at 7500 feet and 15 minutes from the base of the canyon this is a gorgeous place to spend some time in the summer. It's a flexible house where certain areas can be locked off. I often have the studio section of the house rented for the summer months, but not always.I'm offering just two or three bedrooms for trade. Hiking trails outside the door. Possible winter trades as well but it will depend on the trade. WIFI is 40 Meg. Mountain views. Lots of games, great kitchen for cooking in. I keep a very clean home. We do not live here and it's often available. The trade is unlikely to be simultaneous. No dogs are allowed in the canyon due to the water shed. We do rent the house nightly in the winter months so a trade would need to be very early season or late season,
The space
Two living rooms, small office, full dining room, great kitchen that is fully stocked, a mudroom and powder room complete the main floor. Upstairs is a master with a king bed and Japanese soaker in the bathroom. There is another bedroom with a full and a twin and half bath. There is another half of the upstairs that is locked off but might be available so please ask. I have one of those rooms photographed it has two full sized beds and some bunks beds for kids under 8 and a full bathroom outside the door, In addition to this there is a studio apartment which is usually rented in the summer months,
Guest access
All that is listed in the the space. Sometimes the studio section of the house is rented. The portion of the home that is offered is quiet and private. There is a lovely back patio for BBQ time and reading. Garage parking for one car.
Notes
No dogs allowed in the canyon due to water shed.

I can help with places to eat. Take you in a hike, lend you snow shoes. Maybe we can even meet up as we live with in an hour of this house.

My husband Tom and I live in Park City but used to live at the house in Big Cottonwood Canyon. We have several properties we can trade so it's always worth contacting us. My husband is a retired attorney and I'm a Realtor and keen chef. I love to hike and garden and a cat lover. Looking for a trade in North Island NZ for November 2024 (one week) and south island NZ for November 2024 and possibly spring of 2025. Spetses Greece is also on the cards. Southern Europe in late October any year.
