General Overview

Come experience California beach vibes in Santa Cruz. Our home is bright, spacious, and full of cozy corners to relax in. We love being just a five-minute bike ride from the ocean—close enough to hear the waves on quiet nights, and to catch a surf session or beach walk any time we need to reset. Inside, the house has a relaxed, creative vibe. There’s plenty of space to spread out, work remotely, or curl up with a book or a record. We’re near Capitola and downtown Santa Cruz restaurants and shops as well. Out back, we have a private yard with a hot tub, deck, and picnic table—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. And our two sweet cats will happily keep you company (mostly from their sunniest nap spots). What makes this place special to us is how grounded and peaceful it feels. It’s a real retreat—close to the surf, the redwoods, and the laid-back rhythm of Santa Cruz life. It’s a great home base to explore anywhere in Northern California - from Big Sur to San Francisco, or a weekend getaway to Yosemite.

Amanda & Casey

We’re a creative, grounded couple based in Santa Cruz, California, where we live in a cozy home with two sweet cats. Santa Cruz is a laid-back coastal town known for its surf culture, redwood forests, and natural beauty. Casey is a thoughtful engineer who loves paragliding, surfing, and spending time outdoors. Amanda is a marketing consultant and electronic music producer who also teaches DJing and works with audio companies. We both work remotely and love exploring new places at a relaxed pace. Some of our favorite things include hiking, discovering delicious local food, seeing art, and immersing ourselves in nature.
