General overview
It’s warm and cosy,not very spacious since it’s an attic, but in the centre of the village walking distance from everything.Its also 7 km away from Delphi the so called navel of the earth where you can visit the temple of Apollo and the extremely interesting museum.The biggest ski centre in Greece Mount Parnassos ski centre is 20 km away and we are a 20-minute drive from two beautiful beaches Aspra spitia beach or Itea beach.Nafpaktos and Galaxidi two beautiful seaside towns are also an hour- drive away!
The space
There are two bedrooms with queen beds a small living room with a sofa and a small fully equipped kitchen in the same space.One bathroom with a shower sink and toilet . Smart tv with free Netflix warm water all day long and heating that you can regulate according to your taste.
Please beware :
No airconditioning at the moment although we’re thinking of installing one in the near future-portable fans available though
No washing machine
Not easily accessible by people with mobility problems (2 flights of stairs up)
Guest access
It is an attic so bear in mind that there are two flights of stairs up and no elevator !

Neighbourhood
Everything is at walking distance… super markets,a large variety of traditional tavernas , many cafes in the village square which is 150 away from our home and several bars which are open during the winter mostly ! After all Arachova though picturesque is also a cosmopolitan place during the winter season .
Getting to my home
Arachova is a picturesque village 2 hours away from Athens airport and you can get here by car or public transport(bus) that you get from the central bus station in Athens.There is also metro which takes you from the airport to the centre of Athens where you can get the bus from.Once you’re on the bus to Arachova it’s a 2.5 hour journey.Our house is just 50 metres from the bus stop.

Athens airport is the closest airport,a two hour drive from Arachova.
Getting around
Getting around in Arachova is easy since all amenities are in walking distance.
