General Overview

Located in a very hip area in between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The hub of restaurants, breweries, entertainment venues, resorts and casinos. 
We live a five minute walk from the Rio Grande River, the open space starts at the corner of our neighborhood.
And by the way, we have the best views on the planet. Our home is very quiet, we consider it to be private resort living. Modern Pueblo-SW architecture. Heated pool, fire pit, water feature. Our home is outfitted with everything and anything you may need for your comfort. 
Our schedules are fluid and  we are open to all offers, simultaneous or non-sim.  We would also be happy to host people in our guest room which may be available for spontaneous and on short notice visits.

The Space

Our home is 2000 sf. 3bed, 3ba. It is a pueblo architecture with many wood features, tall ceilings, Kiva fireplace inside and gas fire pit on the patio. 
We have the best sunrises and sunsets when the mountains turn red. Our weather is always comfortable. Not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer. 
Of course there is central air-conditioning and heat, plus in-floor radiant heat with separate thermostats in every room.

We can sleep quite a few people 6+ 
No steps, easy access.

Notes

This is a beautiful home in a friendly and safe community. Everything is very close by with un limited entertainment options. We are close to Skiing in the winter, and hiking all year. Our community borders the open space nature preserve and the Rio Grande River.

Nancy's Bernalillo home was so perfect! I loved the design of the home. It was so classic New Mexico, which, if you know you know. The pottery, the reds, yellows and the turquoise, the beautiful native art. It is enchanting! Plenty of space for our little gang. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. They were so kind to offer to share their food and also left us some yummy snacks which my kiddos really appreciated! Nancy was responsive the entire time via telephone and that made me feel really comfortable that she'd be available if I had questions. It was so lovely to meet her and her husband during the transition. They were chatty and pleasant. I always like to meet other PLUers so it was a great fit for me in that way. One of the mornings we went down to the Bosque which has an entrance very close to their home. Even though the Rio Grande was low it was so fun to splash around and cool off in the water and it felt very safe for the kids. Would highly recommend putting that on your to-do list when visiting! If you get the opportunity to stay at Nancy's home you will love it! Great location, great hosts, great home. Thanks for having us!

25 min from the Abq. airport (The Sunport) and 35 min. from 
Santa Fe in historic Bernalillo NM. 
We are experienced exchangers, we've done over 20 exchanges both domestic and international. 
Our home is in a beautiful community with gorgeous views of the Sandia Mountains which is part of the Rocky mountain ranges. Our home is 2000 sf. 3 bedroom 3 bath with all modern amenities including in-ground heated pool, fire pit, water feature. We have wireless hi speed internet, all modern appliances, big screen tv etc. It' resort living at it's best.
