General Overview
Lovely spacious 3 level home, with ocean and jungle views. With a lush and peaceful private garden, on the edge of verdant Mexican wilderness, you can enjoy the heated pool, and alfresco dining poolside. We're only 1 block to one of the best swimming beaches on the Pacific Coast, with lovely local walks, restaurants, and street food. We're also only a short ride (or long walk) to the tennis courts and pickleball club in Rincon de Guayabitos.
The Space
With Boveda ceilings, whitewashed walls, Huanacaxtle furniture, and Talavera and Ceramic tiling throughout, this home is spacious and airy with every modern convenience (except a dishwasher!) Two bedrooms, each ensuite, are on the second level of the main house. The third ensuite bedroom is a self contained Casita which may be included, if necessary. The Casita is off the pool area, and entirely private.
Guest Access
Access is from two street frontages to the ground floor which has an open plan kitchen and living area, leading to the pool deck. The second level has the two main ensuite bedrooms, and a spacious office overlooking the pool. The third floor has a lovely terrace with a unique vista over the surrounding jungle, with views towards the ocean. A further top terrace has a spectacular view over the town, the jungle and the ocean.
Notes
This is a 3 level home, with stairs, and the pool is not fenced, so please bear that in mind if you have children. The open air laundry is off the upper terrace. For security, the property is walled, with front and rear gates, elegant "defencias" throughout on the windows and doors, and 6 exterior security cameras.

A very authentic Mexican beach town, Los Ayala is an undiscovered gem, and is well known for it's street food. It's especially popular with Canadians, and the occasional American. Mexican families from inland, especially from Guadalajara, love the child friendly beach.
Getting to my home
45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, a recently opened toll highway makes the journey by rental car, or taxi, as easy as a tropical breeze.

Walking distance to local shops, including a couple of small grocery stores, a greengrocer, a bakery, 3 coffee shops, and a well regarded medical clinic and pharmacy.
