General Overview

We live on the 26th floor of a gorgeous building with sea views from every window, a lift down to the sea is almost completed and so it will be a five minute walk to the beach or a fifteen minute walk if it’s not completed ! The apartment will sleep 4 no pets I’m afraid. We are in netanya which is in the centre of Israel, half an hour by car to Tel Aviv and just over an hour to Jerusalem.

The Space

Spacious and light filled apartment with fantastic views over the sea from every window. Our two bedroom apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and comes with master bedroom, two full bathrooms and a guest toilet, a utility room, fabulous, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining area and a large sea-facing balcony with additional dining facilities and sun loungers.   The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has TV and WIFI and there is also underground parking available.

Neighbourhood

LOCAL AMENITIES There is a supermarket directly opposite our apartment . It’s open from very early to very late , 7 days a week 10 minutes drive away is a lovely open air little mall with lots of coffee shops and restaurants plus another supermarket, One of our favourite shops there is a wine bar and delicatessen ,Deli vino. On a Tuesday evening they usually have live jazz. There is also a meat and hamburger restaurant opposite us called El Gaucho There are two very nice restaurants, an Italian and an Asian plus a fabulous coffee shop ,that are about a 20 minute walk away or about a five minute drive.

Getting to my home

we are about 40 minutes drive from the airport ( Ben Gurion ) ,lots of buses nearby and 2 different train stations about 10 minutes drive away
