Beautiful condo 2 blocks from the ocean in Rodadero, Santa Marta. The duplex is located in a nice complex with a large pool, tennis, playground, sauna and private parking. The condo is located 15 mins from Simon Bolivar international Airport.
Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area. The balcony faces the pool and the ocean. The first floor has one bedroom, a bathroom, the dinning and kitchen areas and one balcony. The second floor has the main bedroom with private bath, another bedroom with a bunker bed and a second balcony and a small tv area with a sofa bed.
The building is accessed through the parking area or the reception area, it has elevators and the duplex itself has a spiral stairwell. There are two parking spots available

Walk to nearby restaurants and shops or ask for a cab in the reception area if you are going to downtown Santa Marta. If you need to go to another beach, there are buses, cars you can rent to get there and spend the day. There are many tourist destinations for each day you are there.

Hello, I'm a Civil Engineer mother of 2 boys and married to an Army guy. We live in the US and love to travel. We have a condo in South America (Colombia) near the ocean and touristic Rodadero, Santa Marta. We are new to the site but look forward to many adventures and to enjoy life meeting new people, places, making friends and enjoying life to the fullest.
