Cozy Alaskan home in the trees with lots of privacy and close to amenities and university. You will need a car to go exploring. Our home is in the heart of Alaska perfect for summer or winter exploring or staying home relax in the hot tub to catch the Aurora while you stay warm. Our home is very welcoming to families. We have ample opportunity for cross country skiing out the front door or access to most any outdoor activities. North pole Alaska is home to Santa Claus house, which is an easy 30 minute drive to have photos taken with Santa Claus and see his reindeer. There are plenty of kids and adults activities in Fairbanks and surrounding areas.
The space
Our home is on 4 acres and is in a quiet birch tree forest. Our home is two levels in with one bedroom (queen sized bed), bathroom and small theater area, on the ground level. if additional beds are needed there is a possibility of adding a blowup mattress,/ queen bed downstairs.
The kitchen, bathroom, living room and three bedrooms on the second level up one flight of stairs. The main bedroom has a King bed. The other two rooms each have twin sized beds. The kitchen is very functional and we have most everything you need to cook any type of food. A large wrap around deck connects the main door to the sunroom and leads outside to the hot tub to enjoy it the views of trees and Aurora in the night sky. The kids can play on the swing & slide play area, while you enjoy roasting marshmallows, sitting by the fire on the outdoor sofa, or eating at the outdoor table.

House has 2 stories with stairs to main entrance. One bedroom/ bathroom is located on ground level. The kitchen and main living area and additional 3 bedrooms are located up 1 flight of stairs with hand rails.
Notes
There are many adventures close to our house. Groomed trails for Cross country skiing less than 2 blocks away. (we have skis for you tomorrow or you can rent them)
Downhill skiing: 2 downhill ski areas within 25-35 minutes drive one boasts the Farthest north downhill chairlift.
Santa Claus house in North Pole Alaska is 30 min drive. Have your picture taken with Santa Claus, see actual reindeer, send the letters from North Pole to your loved ones, bring home Christmas ornaments.
See ice sculptures and let the kids play at the Ice park filled with ice sculptures, ice slides, and Christmas lights.
