General overview

Our flat is next to Francesc Macia square. It is in Barcelona city center, in an area called "Eixample Esquerra". Our neighbourhood is full of shops and restaurants and most of our neighbours are locals. It is perfectly connected by public transport (Bus & Tram). Distances: - 10 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia / Rambla Catalunya - 15 min to Sagrada Familia, by bus. - 15 min to Plaza Cataluña, by bus - 30 min to Barceloneta-Beach, by bus. - 25 min taxi ride to/from Barcelona airport It is also very well connected by Metro (line 5-blue) which is a 3 minute walk away. Our flat is located in the centre of Barcelona. It has 110 m2 of floor space. It is very cosy and bright, it was refurbished in 2014. It is very quiet because it is oriented to a courtyard. It is very well distributed in: - Dining room of 20m2 - 1 double bedroom - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed - 1 single bedroom - 1 Office - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 Gallery equipped with washing machine and dryer and clothes hanger
