Quiet (for the City), urban neighbourhood just a few mins walk to all amenities. A car is not needed to navigate the city, and commuter trains travel to many other areas outside the city. Lots of options for car and bike share, if desired.
Many trails for walking and wheeling. Excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk. Downtown is 8k away and easy to get to on multiple public transit routes.
