Situated only short drive from the coast and superb safe swimming beaches of Sorrento, Hillarys and Scarborough. Near to Perth the capital of Western Australian with trains from nearby station of Warwick. Our home is adjacent to open parklands ( Carine open space) , and would suit 1/2 couples or a couple with 1-2 children.

The space

With plenty of parking, our single storey compact home has a lounge room / dining area , seperate kitchen and breakfast table, laundry with automatic washing machine , two queen size bedrooms plus smaller bedroom used as a music room. Safe and sheltered back garden space with fruit and vegetable area and seating areas.

Set in a desirable pocket of Duncraig with all services within easy reach and public transport available nearby to explore WA . Regular trains to airport , Fremantle , Mandurah , Perth , Joondalup and stations between .

Carine open space with lake, tennis and walks / running track across the road. Great neighbours and community. Local facilities include ten pin bowling, cinemas, bowling, tennis , bridge club and swimming , surfing ,golf , ferry to Rottnest Island nearby

Nearest airport Perth international and domestic , train from airport to Warwick and short walk (or first bus stop) to home. Multiple taxis, Uber or DiDi available ,

Mary

We are a retired professional couple - originally from the UK - but now Australian citizens living in Perth WA since 1989. We have four daughters in Australia but family in the UK, Portugal, Sweden and the USA . As Michael was a high school French teacher, we like to visit France or Europe to see family when we can. We generally travel as a couple (or couple with one of our daughters) but occasionally will meet up with family members if we can. We may also be able to offer a unit on the Gold Coast when our daughter from there travels with us.
