Do you like history, art and outdoor activities? Well we have all of those nearby. Our home is very comfortable and centrally located, close to 2 train stations and a bus to take you to central Philadelphia in 24 minutes. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, grocery stores, banks. Philadelphia is filled with history museums, art museums, great food, beautiful outdoor spaces and parks, and a zoo.
The space
You enter through the rear door and enter the mudroom. There is a large living room with fireplace and TV. There is a dining room with seating for 6. A galley kitchen is efficiently laid out and includes many appliances and a pantry. There is a full, 4 piece bathroom with tub and separate shower and a half bath. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a queen bed (152.5 cm x 203.5 cm) and the main with a king (193 cm x 203.5 cm). There is the screened porch at the back of the house where you can enjoy morning coffee overlooking a peaceful garden with lots of furry and feathered visitors. There is also off street parking in the driveway.
Guest access
The home is on a single, ground floor, except the laundry is in the basement. Guests will have access to the entire house. There is an alarm system and guests will be provided with a temporary code for access. Guests will not have access to the garage.
Notes
The garden includes a gas BBQ and a hammock.
There are TVs with basic cable in the living room and the main bedroom. The TV in the 2nd bedroom has a few channels from the antenna. I've included instructions for how to use the TVs in the guest book.

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
