Being so close to the River Thames is awesome! (it’s 2 minutes from our front door to get onto the river and we have a view of the marina on the estate). I love being able to get out on the paddleboard. It's such a peaceful way to enjoy the surroundings.
We're lucky to be just a stone's throw from places like Hampton Court, Bushy Park and Richmond - where I work - is not too far. Close to us there’s an enchanting secret island called D’Oyly Carte which is steeped in history has a gorgeous cafe and deli, yoga and well-being events supper clubs and concerts during the Summer.
The convenience of Walton station is good; you can be in London in just 22 minutes. I personally feel it’s the best of both worlds where you can dip into the bustle of the Richmond borough or London life but you have the river, nature and space that Surrey has to offer.
The Space
Please bear with me while I add more photos to our listing! We are very new here 😅
Our apartment is located off a private road with lovely big houses leading straight to the river. There is no through access so you don’t get the people wandering through the estate.
Light and airy 1 bedroom 2nd floor flat (576sq ft).
The living room has a dining table with bench seating, a 50inch tv, good WiFi for remote work and views of the grounds which are lush and green and well maintained weekly by a gardener.
My double bedroom has a very comfy bed (Emma mattress) and the living room has an equally comfortable Sofabed with a proper pocket sprung mattress!
Newly installed (2025) kitchen with nespresso, dishwasher, air fryer, oven etc.
Guest Access
2nd floor with no lift. Security door on the ground floor. It’s a very quiet and well looked after estate.

Neighbourhood
You don’t really need a car, we are a five minute walk from Walton town centre which has an Everyman boutique cinema, M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waterstones, coffee shops, restaurants and one or two clothes shops.
But, naturally a car will allow to explore the gems we have further afield in Surrey!
Getting to my home
Walking & cycling along the river is ideal (either to Weybridge or the other direction Hampton Court, Richmond etc. I regularly cycle to Kingston and Richmond all the way along the river (minimum roads).
The station is a 20 minute walk, short drive or short bus journey away.
Nearest airport
Heathrow is 20 minutes by car (11km)
