General Overview

Casa Vinca is a beautiful and traditional Valencian-style bungalow in a very quiet area yet still only minutes from a variety of restaurants and just over a mile from several beaches.

The Space

This is a single-level bungalow with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. A roof solarium catches the sun all day long and the downstairs patio area stretches in an L-shape around the property. The communal pool is a five minute walk away. There is aircon in the living room and both bedrooms.

Guest Access

Single floor, a few steps to the entrance; and several more to the roof solarium.

Notes

PLEASE NOTE We are not able to be there to prepare the property for new guests nor to change linen after you leave, so there is a cleaning fee of €85 payable in cash on arrival. Casa Vinca is on a residential community where all community rules must be followed please.

Neighbourhood

Many restaurants within walking distance, beach just over two kilometres. Quiet residential area.

Getting to my home

Both Alicante and Murcia airports are around 45 minutes away by car. In addition, shuttle buses are available from each airport; and public transport is available. Driving is straightforward and the road system is good.

Getting Around

Most requirements are manageable on foot - food store, restaurants, bars, beach; but a car allows more convenience. There are a number of coach companies (Rosa's Tours, David's tours etc) which offer day trips to the beautiful cities of Cartagena, Murcia, Caravaca; and the hilltown of Guadalest and the Algar Waterfalls..
