A sprawling ranch complete with 5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is actually a basement bunk room with 4 beds! We moved here in December and have been in the progress of renovating it although it's completely livable now.
The space
Large living room and dining room, 2nd living room with additional fireplace in the basement. Lovely kids playroom and bunk beds.
Guest access
2 floors although all the living can be done on the main floor! 2 steps to the front door but otherwise handicap friendly.
Notes
We have chickens! They in the far back of the yard but will need to be let our in the morning and let back in in the evening, or I can hire a neighbor to help with that if you don't want to mess with them.
We have a cat who is very friendly.

Neighbourhood
We live in the sweetest older neighborhood. We often have deer come through. You can walk to Palmer Park which is renowned for it's mountain biking and hiking. You can also drive to some pretty beautiful views. My profile picture was actually taken there!
We Iive 15 mins from downtown, 20 mins from Old Colorado City and 30 mins from Manitou. We are about 1 hour and 15 mins from Denver.
Getting around
We are close to all the major bus lines! Also uber and all the other car services are active here.
