General overview

Cute 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, in the heart of Vancouver. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, trout lake and public transit. Biking distance to many beautiful beaches and parks. Driving distance to local mountains, and ferries to visit nearby islands. We have 2 adorable cats that spend time indoors and outdoors. We can hire a cat sitter for your stay or you’re welcome to take care of them if you choose:)

The space

We have a character home in the Commercial Drive area with 2 floors and an attic. Our main floor hosts 2 bedrooms, with one currently being used as an office, as well as the living room, kitchen, dining space and full bathroom. Our basement has a pull-out couch with a queen-sized memory foam mattress, my daughter’s room with a single bed, and another full bathroom. Our top floor attic hosts my son’s room with a double bed, foos ball table and play space! Our large backyard includes a deck off the kitchen with dining area and a gas BBQ. We have a lower fire pit with seating area and a hot tub. We also have a bike shed with bikes for your to borrow:)

Feel free to use our bikes and helmets! We can send you photos and measurements if required. We also have a paddleboard you can take to the beaches! We park on the street in front of our home and you can access our EV charger if needed
