General Overview

Our single-story modern farm-house style home is comfortable and welcoming. It includes a beautiful backyard retreat abundant with fruit trees and beautiful landscaping. In addition to the 3 bedroom, 2 full bath layout, there is also an extra loft above one of the bedrooms that can be used as an additional sleeping or lounging space. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with good neighbors.

Sandy & Nancy

We are retired and love to travel, meet new people and learn about cultures and places. We love both urban and outdoor nature traveling. For the last few years we've spent winters in Baja, MX. Nancy was a chiropractor and I was a high-tech marketer and then a birth and postpartum doula. We have done hosting, hospitality exchanges and home exchanges and have had great experiences with all. Previously, we have done short-term, ski lease and long-term renting of our home when we lived in the Sierra Nevada mountains. When we do exchange it will likely be just the two of us. We do have adult children, grandchildren and some close friends with who we occassionally travel.
