General Overview
Our apartment is in one of the most desirable areas in Portland with easy access to many fantastic restaurants and local shops.
The apartment is equipped with a gym and spa (hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna) directly across from our unit. The courtyard and rooftop offer wonderful places to chill and enjoy the scenery.
The Space
The 2-level apartment has 2 bedrooms and a den converted into 3rd room on the 2nd level. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a comfy large sectional.
Our unit is situated on the first floor with patio seating and a table for outdoor dining.
The courtyard and rooftop have many great spaces to spread out, play ping pong, grill, and enjoy the rooftop view.
Kombucha and cold brew coffee are free on tap daily.
Guest Access
There are stairs to the 2nd bedroom and den and 2nd bathroom.
Notes
We have 2 indoor cats that stay home when we travel. They are very friendly and low-maintenance.

Bus line and light rail run though the neighborhood.

We had a love stay at Jen’s home she was a gracious host and the condo is extremely centrally located. We loved all the amenities! -
We had a fantastic stay at Jen’s apartment. The amenities were amazing and we utilized all of them. The gym, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, kombucha and cold brew coffee as well as the lovely patio areas. I especially enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the city. The kitties were so sweet and fun to play with. My boys loved them too! The complex was in a great location and we diid lots of exploring around the area. Hope to do more exchanges there.

I dabble in real estate, and am passionate about scuba diving, high adventures, sustainability & conservation, and personal & spiritual growth. I have 3 teen daughters who are also seasoned travelers. They have gone to school in France and the Bahamas. One is planning to sail across the Atlantic later this year. We love meeting new people and exploring new places. We took a year and a half to travel around the world and just moved to Portland.
