This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by large trees, small streams, a pond, and walking paths. it is incredibly tranquil all while being just minutes (by car) to shops, restaurants, and downtown Boise. The layout of the home is spacious and very comfortable. There is a room and space for everyone to be together but also for everyone to separate as needed. The game room is a favorite with stack of board games, puzzles, and card games as well as video games, DVDs, ping pong, and fuse ball. The house has central heating and air conditioning making it a great choice in the hot summer months or the cold (ish) Boise winters. We LOVE this home and LOVE being able to share it with others who find it as comfortable and entertaining as we do!

The Space

The space in 3,000 square feet of family friendly fun with multiple gathering spaces. Three bedrooms include 2 main bedrooms  one on the main floor and one on the lower level with king sized beds and bathrooms. There is a "kids room" with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total) and a bathroom just across the hall. The main floor has an open kitchen/dining/living room area. The lower level has a library and game room. The library and game room both have queen sized hide-a-bed  couches. There is a single car garage and a driveway parking area that can accommodate 2 more cars.

Guest Access

There are two levels with 11 stairs that lead from the main level to the lower level of the home. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood with and active neighborhood watch program. It is secured by a digital lock with a code and there are two outdoor cameras, one at the front door and one at the back door for security purposes. There are NO cameras on the inside of the house.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is an older planned community with a babbling brook that runs to a small pond often home to ducks and squirrels that runs through the common area. There are cement sidewalk walking paths  throughout the neighborhood and we offer bikes if you want to go further exploring the area.

Getting to my home

You best access anywhere in Idaho by car. The home is 10 minutes away from the Boise Airport and Downtown Boise city center.  5 minutes to the Boise Towne Square Mall shopping and dinning venue. 10 minutes to Roaring Springs Water Park

BOI  is 6 miles (approx. 10 minutes)

Getting Around

The home is 10 minutes away from the Boise Airport and Downtown Boise city center.  5 minutes to the Boise Towne Square Mall shopping and dinning venue. 10 minutes to Roaring Springs Water Park (open May  - September) 15 minutes from the Idaho World Center for Birds of Prey. 
30 minutes to local ski resort (Bogus Basin). 20 minutes to biking and hiking in the Boise Foothills. 2 hours from the the country's oldest luxury ski resort - Sun Valley. 2 hours to the gorgeous Payette Lake and Payette River known for it's world class white water rafting. 4 hours to Craters of the Moon National Monument and 7 hours to Yellowstone National Park.

Hello! We are the Jensen Family from Boise, Idaho! We love to travel and have traveled extensively in the U.S. We have (not so) patiently been waiting for the day that finances, schedules, and employment would allow us to travel internationally.
