General Overview
Newly renovated 2BR, 2BA penthouse waterfront apartment overlooks Brisbane Water 70mins north of Sydney, Australia on the picturesque Central Coast of New South Wales.

We fully renovated our home in late 2024 and we are excited to welcome 2-4 adult PLU guests. (We regret that our home is not suitable for children under 16 years.)
We love our relaxed waterfront lifestyle and will be happy to loan you our single kayak, double kayak, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP), outdoor hammock, fishing equipment, bicycles, life vests and boat/SUP paddles.
Frequent public buses take you 10min to the express train to Sydney, which leaves every 30mins and takes 1:15 to reach downtown Sydney.
Or drive 20mins to Bouddi National Park for its famous Coastal Walk featuring uniquely Australian sandstone clifftops, boardwalks and the much-photographed "Tesselated Pavement" clifftop formations above crashing waves.

There is outstanding food and wine in our region, including the Central Coast Makers Trail, which celebrates leading farm-to-table wines, craft brews, spirits distillery, cheese and dairy, oysters, chocolate and other delicacies, all nearby to our home.

We visit the Gosford City Farmers Market each Sunday morning to buy directly from local organic farmers, artisan bakers and leading providores. The large Erina Fair Shopping Mall is 10mins away and offers a wide range of retailers, a movie cinema, an ice skating rink and medical/dental clinics.

The Space
Our apartment was built in 1981 and fully renovated in late 2024. It is the perfect size for 2 people, and will be tighter for 4 people due to the open-plan shared spaces. We have a sizeable art and sculpture collection in our home, and furniture collected from around the world.
The outside patio overlooking the water has been a joyful aspect of living here, especially at night when the stars of the Southern Hemisphere are your "ceiling". Our building is generally very quiet, so sitting on our deck is peaceful and serene. The waterfront garden area downstairs is available to all residents and has an outdoor table and chairs, resting bench, and boat dock with a bench at the end. We often take sunset cocktails down to the dock and sit on the bench as the sky changes.
Guest Access
We are on the top floor, level 4. The building entry is located on level 2.5. You need to walk one half-flight of stairs to reach level 3, then another two half-flights to reach our front door on level 4. There is no elevator, so our apartment is unsuitable for anyone unable to climb stairs comfortably.
Notes
We are musicians and singers who have an electric piano, amplifier and acoustic guitar in our home. There is high-speed internet access.
