General Overview

It is a cozy space with in a condo. It has all the facilities that you can need to have a great and comfortable stay. Very lovely and quite swimming pool, it has a gym which equipment has just been renewed, and has also an independent female and male sauna to relax after a day in the pool and/or the gym. It also have a condo garden which some benches to read a book or enjoy the evening, as well as kids playground where kids can enjoy and play with sand. You will feel a very safe place with security 24/7 and also if you have a car or bike , you can fit them both in the private car park space

The Space

The apartment has 1 bedroom with queen size bed, and in the living room you will find and incredibly comfortable double size bed sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped ( excl: dishwasher sorry 😞) There is air conditioner in the room and living room as well as heating

It is a 5th floor with 2 elevators to access the apartment, both elevators go down straight to the car park also.
