What Our Home Offers Our house is on one floor 700m2 of construction in 3000m2 of garden, surrounded by orchards and gardens. • 5 spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning. • Large open plan living and dining room with half guest bathroom. • Fully equipped and spacious kitchen with all appliances and utensils. • Cosy and generous TV room for movie nights and relaxation. • Terrace for 12 people with lounge, dining area, BBQ grill, two half bathrooms and outdoor showers. • Heated pool and jacuzzi to enjoy all year round. • Large garden with fruit trees and a children's trampoline. • Parking for up to 7 cars. Services included • On-site concierge available 24/7 for assistance and security. • Cleaning service for 20 usd/day • Optional cook service for authentic local cuisine Cleaning fee for non reciprocal 25 usd pesos / 50 usd for larger groups • Our two friendly dogs that are part of our warm and welcoming environment.
