General Overview

Within walking distance of Alexanderplatz, we live centrally but very quietly in an old apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony on approx. 115 m² in the heart of Berlin. The well-kept house community includes a beautiful garden, which can be used jointly by the house residents.

The Space

The house in which our apartment is located on the 4th floor is very well maintained. We have three bedrooms: the two spacious children's rooms are oriented towards the west façade. These are each equipped with a comfortable bed, a desk, storage space and cupboards, as well as a sofa. The living-dining room also faces west. Here you can relax comfortably on a couch, or eat at the long dining table, or play games together. The parents' bedroom faces the courtyard, and is the quietest room. Here is a 1.80m wide bed, as well as a sofa. From the master bedroom you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun. The modern and well-equipped kitchen also faces the balcony. Here you will find all the utensils we need as hobby chefs. There is a wooden plank floor throughout the apartment. We attach great importance to our furnishings and furniture.

Guest Access

Our apartment is located on the 4th floor. We do not have an elevator. The house can be accessed via the street side - the main door, or via a rear entrance in the garden.

Getting to my home

Our apartment is perfectly connected. In about 10 minutes walk you can reach the Ostbahnhof, which forms the direct connection to Berlin Airport. About 5 minutes walk from our front door is the subway station, as well as various tram stations. Within about 15 minutes on foot, you are at Alexanderplatz, one of the central hubs of Berlin's public transport system.

Nearest airport

BER is directly connected by S-Bahn to the Ostbahnhof, which is about a 10-minute walk from our house.

Getting Around

In the immediate vicinity and within walking distance are all shops for daily needs: supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, etc. The nearest infirmary can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
