Welcome to our family-friendly Utah retreat! Our home is designed for both comfort and adventure, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The heart of our home is a large, open kitchen perfect for cooking and gathering around, and our cozy living room, with its tall ceilings and beautiful white stone mantel, invites you to relax by the fireplace.
Step outside to our lighted backyard, where you'll find a pizza oven for outdoor dining, a hot tub for unwinding, and breathtaking views of the mountains. We love how our home brings the outdoors to our doorstep, with bike and running trails right by the house and amenities like pickleball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and even a library all within walking distance.
Inside, we have plenty of storage space, a brand new washer and dryer, and a spacious unfinished basement where kids can rollerblade, play ping pong, and let their imaginations run wild. The space
This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house with an open kitchen with ample counter space and all kitchen appliances you could need (griddle, waffle maker, ice cream maker, air fryer, stand mixer, blender, toaster, etc.) The fireplace in the living room creates a lovely space to relax and read a book or plan your next day's adventures.
The dinning room table can seat 6 - 8 people and currently has two children chairs and four adult chairs, and the kitchen counter has three additional seats.
The primary bedroom has a large windows with floor-to-ceiling, heavy blackout curtains - great for sleeping in. The primary bathroom features a large tile walk in shower with a dual shower heads and the vanity features double sinks. A large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.
The first secondary bedroom has a twin-sized bunkbed, large closet and large dresser. The third bedroom has a toddler bed (but we can set up our our spare queen bed / mattress as needed for our guests.)
The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
The large unfinished basement is a perfect place for kids to play, roller skate, and play ping pong. The basement is full of toys and games.
The backyard features a beautiful deck with views of the snowy mountains and includes a teak wood patio dinning table and chairs, and of course soaking in the hot top or firing up the pizza oven or propane fire pit is the perfect way to end the day.

We're a lively, close-knit family of five who loves exploring new places and creating memories together. Our family includes two adventurous boys, aged 8 and 6, and a curious little girl who's 3. We enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s biking, hiking, or simply playing in the park, and we're equally happy cozying up with games or books at home. We believe in treating every place we visit with care and respect, and we’re excited to share our own home with fellow adventurers. We look forward to experiencing new cultures, foods, and ways of life as we make lasting connections through home exchanges!
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
