General Overview

I live in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic neighbors! The house has an open floor plan which can be extended to the enclosed lanai and pool by opening the three sliding doors in the living/dining room area. When the weather cooperates, I keep these doors wide open at all times! I love bold colors and that is apparent throughout my home.

The Space

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom off of the lanai, and the second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed plus a daybed with a trundle, which has been used for an adult but isn't ideal. I also have a pack and play available.

Guest Access

My home is all on one level but not technically wheelchair accessible. There is one small step on every outside doorway.

Notes

Port Charlotte is not a beach community, but there are more than half a dozen beaches within a 45-90 minute drive. I have beach supplies available, but if the top is down on the convertible, there isn't a lot of space in the trunk. Although I'm happy to make my home available during hurricane season (Aug - Nov) it will be based on a shorter turnaround time, depending on storm activity. The only good thing about a hurricane is that you usually have a week or two to prepare.

Neighbourhood

My street is only a block long so there is very little traffic. The neighbors are friendly and tolerant of pool gatherings but keeping the noise/music to a reasonable level is appreciated.

Nearest airport

I live 15 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport, which services Allegiant Air exclusively. Larger nearby airports include Ft Myers (RSW) which is 45 minutes away; Tampa (TPA), approximately 1 hr, 40 min.; and Miami International (MIA), just under 3 hrs

Getting Around

I have a hardtop convertible available for your use. It will seat four adults comfortably or two adults and three children.
