Neighbourhood
Welcome to Bundeena, a village an hour south of Sydney airport, located in the National Park, the adventure paradise you've been dreaming of! With four stunning beaches just waiting to be explored, our location at Jacksons is the perfect base for all your seaside adventures.
This area is also known for its thriving arts scene, with numerous galleries showcasing the work of local artists. And for nature lovers, the region offers fabulous bushwalking opportunities, tranquil and untouched beaches, and even the chance to see the famous Wedding Cake Rock, Figure of 8 Pools and aboriginal rock carvings.
Water activities are a popular pastime in Bundeena, with kayaks available for hire at nearby Bonnievale Beach. And when you're ready to refuel, our village has everything you need to stay nourished and satisfied. From the well-stocked IGA with the best BBQ chickens around, to the Bowling Club, Community Club, and a variety of dining options including a pizza place, fish shop, Salty Pearl bar and Asian takeaway. And of course, you can always grab a delicious coffee or a meal at one of our charming local cafes.
Bundeena is a walker's paradise; with everything you need just a short stroll away. Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked and simply explore on foot. And for those looking to venture a bit further, there's a ferry to Cronulla just 20 minutes away, offering a wide variety of shops to browse.
If you're looking to explore even further afield, the nearby Cronulla train station offers easy access to the city. And the journey itself is a beautiful scenic trip, making it a must-do activity during your stay.
Bundeena has everything you need to create a memorable and relaxing holiday.
The first weekend of the month sees local artists open their homes to the public to showcase their work and a local market.
Getting to my home
The best way is by driving or hiring a car - if flying from interstate or overseas. It's an hour's drive from the airport.
Alternatively, you can catch a train from the city of Sydney or airport to Cronulla then take an amazingly scenic ferry ride across the bay to Bundeena (20 minutes). The cottage is located around a 5–10-minute walk from the ferry wharf.
Nearest airport
Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport an hour from Bundeena.

Alex and I live Potts Point just minutes from Sydney CBD. Lambeth Walk Beach Home, Bundeena and Jacksons Cottage are our holiday homes.
We are avid overseas and domestic travellers and love receiving offers. We have a variety of open periods at our Sydney properties please contact us for availability.
Our thoughts for the next couple of years are as follows but open to all offers.

We love to swap overseas and in beautiful Australia on a very regular basis.
We prefer cities to quiet country areas. Usually there are only 2 of us travelling although sometimes we might travel with a couple of family members.
