General overview
A detached 4 bedroom house on a quiet street with good access to the local independent high street and good transport links to London. It makes a good base for exploring local countryside and getting the city experience.
Locally you can explore Woburn Abbey (deer park with an Afternoon tea at a manor house and a church where Geri Halliwell got married at).
The space
The house has a good entertainment layout with an large open space kitchen/dining room, living room with a working fireplace, utility room, garage. The upstairs has generous 4 bedrooms with current set up as a master bedroom with a super king sized bed with an ensuite, a guest bedroom with a king sized bed, two bedrooms with a toddler bed in each (could provide inflatable mattress or single bed) and a generous family bathroom.
Outside there’s a big patio with teak furniture, custom made pirate ship, grass area to play on and about a thousand of various toys and equipment. It’s a paradise for under 5’s.

Two floors with stairs, no wheelchair access.
Notes
Oh yes, I forgot to mention the immense Inada massage chair that according to my hubby we absolutely had to buy a couple years ago. It did cost as much as a small car however it apparently sends you to heaven. 🤷🏼♀️

Neighbourhood
Woburn Sands is a quintessential English village with a cute high street full of local trades, a few good restaurants, cafes and pubs. (And a fish and chip shop in the end of our street!)
Getting around
We are 7 minute walk from the Woburn Sands train station that will take you to London in 1 hour. There’s a safari park 10 minute drive away, fantastic Woburn Abbey with beautiful gardens, afternoon tea offer and hundreds of free range deers everywhere, a Michelin starred restaurant, a great shopping centre in Milton Keynes a luxury spa destination and much more!
