General Overview

We have a large luxury executive home located in the heart of the popular Jetty area. Coffs Harbour is a small city of around 65,000 people, popular with tourists. The climate is sub-tropical, being warm and sunny (average around 20 degrees during the day) in the Australian winter and warmer (around 28 degrees) in summer. There are many beautiful beaches, mountains and national parks to explore. It is conveniently located on the east coast of Australia, between Sydney and Brisbane, both accessible by car, train or plane. There are many quality sporting facilities for tennis, golf, surfing, boating, fishing etc. There is also a good selection of art galleries and cinemas as well as many restaurants and cafes. There is plenty to see and do in Coffs and the surrounding area. Why not explore the many beaches and lovely villages from Red Rock in the north to the boardwalk at Urunga in the south. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of walks through the Bongil Bongil, Dorrigo National Parks, and explore villages such as Dorrigo, Bellingen, Promised Land, Sawtell or Nana Glen. The Space

Our home is a newly renovated 3 bedroom home on a large block. It is open plan living with a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen and lounge, dining area and an office-sunroom-laundry.The main bedroom with ensuite and two other bedrooms sleep six. There are 2 huge decks one overlooking the ocean and creek and one at the rear. Downstairs is a large double garage and workshop.

Neighbourhood

There is always something happening in the Jetty area. The beach reserve has Sunday markets with live entertainment and other regular special events. The Jetty restaurants and shopping strip is vibrant with a choice of international eateries. The Coffs Creek precinct is great for an easy swim, fishing, paddle boarding or Kayaking.There are many popular walks in the vicinity, the Coffs Creek walk, Muttonbird Island walk, the solitary island coastal walk etc . The Jetty foreshores is a relaxing area with picnic facilities and children's playgrounds.

Getting to my home

We are a 500m walk from the train station with several Sydney to Brisbane passenger trains running each day. The CBD is about 2km away.

Nearest airport

Coffs Airport is about 5km drive away and is serviced by Qantas, Virgin and Rex airlines.

Getting Around

We have bicycles available if required. It is a short stroll to the Jetty restaurants and shopping centre with supermarket. The Jetty Beach and a choice of surfing beaches are within easy walking distance.

We are widely travelled retired teachers in our late 60's. We are non smokers and healthy and fit and enjoy cycling, kayaking, water sports and walking. We would treat any property with the respect we hope ours is treated with.
