So the best attraction at our home would have to be the views and the privacy.
We have an Art Deco styled city and there is usually a 2 - 5 day Art Deco celebration during the month of February. Fishing charters. Wine tours. International port. Good shopping. Friendly people. 5 Star dining. Rustic dining. Hastings, the "Fruit Bowl" of NZ and Havelock North both just 20 minutes away.
The space
It's quite a big section with well established plants and shrubs.
We have a pool and a fully self contained pool house and full ablution facilities. The pool house has a couple of bed settees which may suit a couple of teenagers to stay the night.
There is plenty of room for parking and turning at the bottom of the 50 meter driveway. We have a security gate part way down the driveway with entry and exit keypads at top and bottom. We don't mind you driving or turning on the grass area if you need to.
Guest access
The house has 3 levels. Garages at the bottom, living and dining on the 2nd and all bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd level.
Please take care carrying suitcases up the stairway so as not to mark the walls. Thanks
Fantastic views from all rooms.
This is definately not for disabled persons. Too many steps, no hand rails or ramps for disabled people
Notes
For most restaurant dining I would advise to book in advance.
There are lots of fine eating houses both 5* and Alfresco dining.
Wineries and cafe's all within 30 minutes drive.

Neighbourhood
In our neighbourhood is the Napier City Botanical Gardens. Across the hill is the Bluff Hill Lookout, a good 25 minute hike each way. Worth the walk, then carry on down for a 5 minute walk to town and beaches. We also have a few local breweries for tastings. Lots of outlying sandy beaches.
Getting to my home
You can fly into Napier from anywhere else in NZ. You can hire a vehicle and drive here. We have Uber and Ola and local taxi services operating locally.
Nearest airport
The airport is only 15 minutes from our house by car, in fact you can see the airport from our home. Last I heard it was a $20 fare from Uber.
Getting around
Uber, Ola and standard taxi services are available. Town is a 15 minute walk away. Beaches are a 15 minute walk away. Entertainment (in Ahuriri) is a 10 minute walk away.
Tim and Shea have a lovely home with a fabulous view of Napier Harbour. They were very welcoming and the house is very comfortable. Thanks for accepting our hospitality request.

Susan and Hubby nice people. We enjoyed the conversations we had. Would have them back any time.

Hello. My wife and I like to travel to different destinations. We are of Greek decent. We've been all through Europe, enjoyed it all but need to explore some other destinations. Haven't done a lot in Asia or America so that's where we are headed over the next few years.
"Would like to travel east coast of USA and on to Cuba for about 2 months starting in New York for Xmas/New Year 24/25"
