General Overview

We are located 3 miles and roughly 7 minutes from the center of Santa Fe plaza. We are located on a 1 acre well treed lot with gardens and several outdoor sitting areas. Santa Fe is an art town. Loads of galleries, restaurants, and special events. In August we have Indian Market, later we have Spanish Market, Folk Art Festival, the Santa Fe Opera. Santa fe is a mountain biking destination. We have the Galisteo Basin trail system, Glorietta trails , local shared hiking and biking in the mountains outside of town.

Getting to my home

Exit Old Pecos trail exit off hwy 25 heading north (left of of hwy). Turn left onto West Zia Road at first light, then turn left onto General Sage Drive. Home is on the left , 3rd from the corner. Gate code will be issued on exchange being completed.

Nearest airport

Arrive by air at either Santa Fe Airport or Albuquerque airport. Santa fe airport is 20 mins by car , Albuquerque is 60 mins by car.

Getting Around

Loaner car may be available with proper insurance and license . By owner discretion.

  • Steve and Gail were the most magical hosts during our time in Santa Fe. Steve connected with my eldest daughter and introduced her to his rock/stone collection and all of the edible plants in his garden. She was mesmorized by the yard she could explore in and the sweet and gentle Tango. My youngest daughter LOVED Gail. She instantly connected with Gail and followed her everywhere with her little fingers wrapped around Gails. Exceptional hospitality and kind souls being very patient with energetic little kids. Steve ended our stay with a magical fire outside that changed colors and sparked our kids imagination. Hope we can come back and stay again soon! Thank you!
