General Overview

Welcome to our Santa Fe sanctuary, where Southwestern charm meets modern comfort. Situated on a peaceful one-acre lot just minutes from town, our home is the perfect base for families or groups looking to experience the magic of the high desert.

Inside, you’ll find three large bedrooms and two spacious living areas—plenty of room to stretch out, relax, or gather together. The home features beautiful Santa Fe architecture, complete with arched doorways, warm wood accents, and thoughtful details throughout. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking big family meals after a day of exploring.

Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on our patios with views of the surrounding landscape, or winding down under the starry New Mexico sky, this is a space designed to help you feel at home—and inspired.

The Space

We have 3 bedrooms and 3 living spaces! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an en suite bathroom and a kiva fireplace!  The large guest bedroom has two double beds, and the guest room has a queen bed.

Our one acre property allows for stretching out in nature and relaxing on our porch that wraps around the house with multiple outdoor seating areas.

We have a great game room for kids and adults of all ages with a ping pong table and indoor basketball arcade game!

There are several steps in the house, one level change with 6 steps.

Notes

Since our home is 4,000 square feet, we do charge a $200 cleaning fee. This is our primary home and we'd like to have it clean on both ends of your exchange:)

Neighbourhood

A quiet area just 7 mintues from downtown Santa Fe.  Easy to get to everything.  It feels remote, but you are in town quickly.

Getting to my home

You can fly into Albuquerque or Santa Fe. We are very easy to get to, right off of Route 599.

Santa Fe airport- 15 minute drive

We’re a fun-loving, travel-hungry family of four based in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico. I'm Alle, a high school teacher (hello summers off!), and my husband Kevin hails from the lush green hills of Ireland.
