General Overview
We live in Toondah Outlook in Cleveland - a beautiful all owner occupied 5 year old resort style complex with gym, saunas and pools. We enjoy the serene relaxed bayside atmosphere with family friendly leafy streets and a diverse range of retail, dining and entertainment options. Cleveland is also home to 2 hospitals within 10 mins drive.
The Space
Our penthouse includes two apartments on two floors connected via an internal staircase, sharing the main entrance. Each floor/apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, luxurious bathrooms and extensive verandas with 180degree water views.
TOP penthouse level ((lv 6) includes big veranda with waterview, outdoor sofas for 7 ppl, table/chairs and BBQ. 2 bathrooms, 3 big double size bedrooms plus living area with 5 person couch and huge TV. Our PLU visitors generally sleep on this floor.
LOWER floor (lv 5) includes a generous bathroom with bath tub, one double size bedroom with ensuite (we may close off this bedroom/ensuite to store personal items) and office with toy cupboard. We can put in a bed so The office can be use as a sgl bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a pantry. The dinning/living room has a dinning table/chairs, and a gas fireplace plus TV in the living room. The veranda has water view and sofas for 5ppl and 6 ppl table as well as a BBQ. Overall 400m2
Guest Access
Undercover car space and 2 lift accesses straight to our 5 floor. The complex is secure with over 20 cameras, and a special FOB is required to reach our floor and enter the complex.

There are extremely friendly neighbours next door and the complex managers are available 24/7

Cleveland offers a peaceful coastal living with a strong community feel blended with rural charm yet urban conveniences like a vibrant village centre, diverse dining options, 3 supermarkets, shopping street, and easy access to Brisbane. It features beautiful parklands and playgrounds, the Raby Bay canals, and access to all of Morton Bay and Stradbroke Island The area is family friendly, with parks and many recreational facilities but may not suit those seeking night clubs and a bustling environment

Cleveland village is 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive away. You will find 2 big supermarkets and a vast selection of retail shop. The market on Sunday is a draw card. 15 mins walk away is also the marina with many good restaurants, night market and a safe family friendly and vibrant
atmosphere.
The Cleveland point offers a beautiful walk and view with the reputable coastal light house cafe and restaurant. In addition we also have a heritage listed old pub with live music.
