General Overview

We live in Toondah Outlook in Cleveland - a beautiful all owner occupied 5 year old resort style complex with gym, saunas and pools. We enjoy the serene relaxed bayside atmosphere with family friendly leafy streets and a diverse range of retail, dining and entertainment options. Cleveland is also home to 2 hospitals within 10 mins drive.

The Space

Our penthouse is on two floors connected via an internal staircase. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 luxurious bathrooms, extensive verandas with 180degree water views. Top level includes 3 big double size bedrooms plus big media room. The lower floor includes one double size bedroom plus another bedroom /office on the floor below. The living room has a gas fireplace in the living room Overall 400m2. Toy cupboard for those with children and bikes & kayak available to enjoy the nearby beach (100 meters distance) and bay.

Guest Access

Generous covered lock up garage with lift access straight to our 5 floor. Also lift access through the foyer. The complex is secure and a special FOB is required to reach our floor and enter the complex.

There are extremely friendly neighbours next door and the complex managers are available 24/7

Cleveland offers a peaceful coastal living with a strong community feel blended with rural charm yet urban conveniences like a vibrant village centre, diverse dining options, fast access to Brisbane. It features beautiful parklands and playgrounds, the Raby Bay canals, and access to all of Morton Bay and Stradbroke Island The area is family friendly, with parks and many recreational facilities but may not suit those seeking night clubs and a bustling environment

Getting Around

15 mins walk to local train station going to Brisbane CBD. 2 mins walk to water taxi to North Stradbroke Island (20 mins ferry ride) Cleveland village is 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive away. You will find 2 big supermarkets and a vast selection of retail shop. The market on Sunday is a draw card. 15 mins walk away is also the marina with many good restaurants, night market and a safe family friendly and vibrant atmosphere. The Cleveland point offers a beautiful walk and view with the reputable coastal light house cafe and restaurant. In addition we also have a heritage listed old pub with live music.
