General Overview

SO many special things about our home. We are lakefront on a beautiful lake in a secluded cove and have a private dock. We have two cabins and a bunkhouse that has ping pong, movie projector, and old school arcade machine. Our hot tub and mini-pool overlooks the lake and is a big draw in the cooler months or if you prefer pool over lake. We have lots of outside amenities like volleyball, horseshoes, a fire pit and more. To top it all off, our house is located in a beautiful National Forest. It's a perfect t place to unplug and enjoy nature (even though we do have high speed internet) or gather with friends and family as a big group. We highly recommend you check out Eureka Springs for at least a day trip. The Space

The property consists of: 1) Main Cabin - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus loft that has five beds 2) Lower Cabin - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchenette 3) Bunk house - 5 beds 4) Bathhouse - 1 bath

Guest Access

The driveway is steep and occasionally can be a little difficult to get up but not to the point you will need a four wheel drive. There is parking both at the main cabin and the lower cabin.

Notes

We are a couple hours away from the must see village of Eureka Springs, AR. It is one of my most favorite places on Earth! There are lots of nature activities nearby like hiking, fishing, kayaking, rafting, etc.

Neighbourhood

No neighbors in your sightline. The area is very private and you don't really have to worry about noise (either making it or hearing it.) We have the only dock on this part of the lake so most of the time you'll have the lake to yourself.

Nearest airport

Little Rock 1.5 Hours Fort Smith 45 Minutes

Getting Around

About 20 minutes to shops and restaurants.

HI! We are the Byards. My husband and I have been married 7 years and we have three small children. We live in central Oklahoma and raise miniature sheep. We're excited at the prospect of trading our lakefront family vacation home in Arkansas for some time in other parts of the world. We're open to all sorts of places, so please don't be shy if you are interested in our place. We are interested in taking some family vacation trips, as well as trips just as a couple. We love animals, good food, the ocean, mountains, hiking, and lazy picnic afternoons. We do have experience with both pets and livestock if you need someone to care for your animals!
