Escape summertime heat in the cool mountain air of the Green Mountains if Vermont! Rest and relax in our beautiful lodge with Mountain View — it was my father’s dream. We built it from scratch (since I was a child) with glass, wood, and lots of love!!!💕💕💕
Two stories 60’x30’, with a wrap around outdoor deck nestled in a forest We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms (in two separate wings), a huge great room, and downstairs recreation room, studio, and laundry. We are a short walk to restaurants, a little convenience store, a mile from the Killington base (chair lifts, hiking, and mountain biking during the months our home is available).
Two stories with indoor and outdoor stairs, entrances, and a wrap around deck where the hummingbirds dance, great for barbecues, sunning, and relaxing in the hot tub.
The Killington Dream Lodge is available from April through November.

Just off Killington Access Road, and 13 miles from shopping in Rutland and the charming village of Woodstock. The Appalachian and Long Trails are a few miles away with great hiking opportunities from easy to very challenging. State and National Parks, sport adventures, rides, tubing, kayak rental, sparkling lakes, historic villages and museums, festivals, and performances are short drives away or make exciting day trips.
A car is a must, although the Killington bus stop is close by. Vermont is a small state and each direction has its attractions, beauty, and charm! There is so much to discover and explore on foot, mountain bike, and car.

We love spending time in the South of France, hiking the Caminos de Santiago in Spain, and getting to know other countries and cultures. I studied in Europe many years ago and we enjoy exploring cross-cultural nooks and crannies. We are also open to new adventures. As a plein air painter and writer, beautiful landscapes, villages, and people’s cultures and lives inspire me. Duane is interested in tracing history wherever we travel and live.
