Neighbourhood
Our house is located in the 15th district of Paris, between Vaugirard & Commerce subway stations. It’s a very peaceful area, much appreciated by families. Just down the apartment is a small park (Adolphe Cherioux if you want to google it!), and we are 4’ walk to a bigger one (Saint-Lambert park). Both have nice kids playgrounds.
We are quite close to Parisian highlights: 15-20’ walk to the Eiffel Tower, 16’ to the Musée D’Orsay by subway, 21’ to the Louvre, 16’ to Saint-Germain des Prés… And that’s just perfect for us as we get to enjoy Paris without all the fuzz that goes with a big city!
We also live near nice shops, we have excellent food stores around as well as supermarkets open 7/24, until 22PM. And if you are in the mood for some shopping, we are only 10’ walk from the famous “rue du Commerce”!
Getting to my home
2 subway stations at a 5 to 10' walk ; we are also at 20' walk or 10' subway ride to Gare Montparnasse which is the train / TGV station to visit southwest of the country : Bordeaux, Nantes, La Rochelle ...
Nearest airport
Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly
Getting around
we walk or ride our bicycle in Paris. But buses are very confortable and a good way to see this fantastic city

we are a family of 6 people : My wife and I are 60 and we have 4 children (from 34 to 20 y.o). We're living in Paris where we work (she works as a judge at Paris court law whereas I am the CEO of the Post Office real estate subsidiary. We have had a significant experience of houses swap in the past since we practiced it over 10 times. Our house in Paris is large and seems confortable ; it is also unique for there ain't many such houses in the inner core (mostly flats are found here). One of our daughters goes to NY with husband and young kidnext fall in order to work and we anticipate ti visit them.
