General overview
If you are looking for a home to sit and relax, listen to the birds, look out into space and loose yourself, then this is the place.
Feed the chickens to relax by the pool or just laze around and read a good book with no disruptions.
At night you can star gaze to your hearts desire. Sit around a camp fire, toast some marshmallows and watch out for the ISS and shooting stars.
We can only exchange during Australian school holidays.
The space
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 toilets. 3 seperate living areas, open plan dining/kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. Main bedroom has a king bed, zero gravity massage chair, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, double shower, free standing bath and seperate toilet.
Master suite is at seperate end of house.
At the other end of the house you’ll find bedroom 1 & 2, all with built in robes and king single beds. Bedroom 3 has queen bed, desk and built in robe. Outside if the two single rooms is a playroom/living area.
Seperate guest toilet, plus second toilet and large bathroom with bath and shower.
In the middle of the home you will find a large 3m, made to order oak dining table with 4 chairs and full length bench seat.
There is a seperate adult living area with fireplace.
Large kitchen with 3m island bench, thermomix, 4 toast toaster, temperature adjustable kettle, automated coffee machine, 90cm free standing oven, dishwasher, microwave, double door fridge/freezer and large butlers pantry.
We have plenty of board games on offer, outside lawn games, 14ft trampoline and ninja course.
Guest access
You will have the entire home.
My parents live in their own home on the other side of property and will come up each afternoon to feed the chickens and you are more than welcome to help and get the farm experience.
Notes
We have a large St Bernard, a pug and a British bulldog. We can arrange for these to go elsewhere or you are welcome to snuggle and play with them.
We also have a bearded dragon who again, can go or stay.
If choosing for the animals to stay, we can either arrange for me parents to come and feed them all or you can choose to care for them.

Neighbourhood
The Toowoomba region is know as the Garden City. There are many of gardens to explore, walking tracks for a hike and a big shopping centre for some retail therapy. Toowoomba is only a 20 min drive away.
There is plenty to see and do in and around Toowoomba.
Brisbane is 1 hour 30 mins drive away.
Getting to my home
Car.
Nearest airport
Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport is 40 minutes away.
Brisbane Airport is 1hr 40 minutes away.
You will need a hire car to get here.
Getting around
We have a Ute with 5 seats that you can use if needs be. I would suggest hiring a car as there is no public transport.
