Our spacious, modern apartment can accommodate at least 4 people: we have a bedroom with a king-size bed, another study with 2 mattresses, and a very large sofa. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday life—from an oven and microwave to a hot air fryer. In addition to the large bathroom with bathtub and shower, there is also a separate toilet. Both the study and the conservatory offer space to work on a laptop. The apartment is not only ideal for remote working, but also invites you to relax, not least because of its location.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of an apartment building. The neighbors are quiet and very nice. The building is in a great location on the outskirts of Dortmund, one of the largest cities in Dortmund. Closeby you can find the small city center of Lünen where you can go shopping. There are several supermarkets nearby. We also have the unspoiled Münsterland region right on our doorstep. The popular Seepark Lünen, with its natural lake and sandy beach, is also only a 15-minute walk away – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. And if you're looking for something a little more exciting, Cologne and Düsseldorf are only about an hour away by car and 1.5 hours by public transport.

There is a trainstation closeby to reach other big cities in the Region as well as busses mainly for the neighborhood
