Spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in the heart of Greenwich Village available for exchanges during summer, winter and mid-winter holidays. Open living, dining and kitchen area facing Washington Square Village's Sasaki garden. Dine on the north facing balcony while admiring views of the Empire State Building. The 500 sq foot master suite has it's own sitting area, a double balcony with terrific south facing views, an ensuite bathroom and office area. Three other bedrooms are kids rooms. One bedroom with 1 queen, second with 1 twin and our 7-year old's room has a bunk bed with a full and a twin. We are in the heart of Greenwich Village. Shopping in Soho is steps away, incredible restaurants are within blocks. Washington Square Park is 1 block north.

Our building is a doorman building with 24 hour security. There is an elevator to access our floor.

Nearest airport

LaGuardia, JFK and Newark are all within a reasonable distance. Without traffic, LaGuardia is 20-30 minutes by car. JFK is the furthest away and there is usually traffic. A taxi or Uber can cost $80-$100 if there is traffic.

Getting Around

B-D-F-M, 4-5-6 subway lines are within a 4 minute walk. A-C-E and N-R-Q are within a 7 minute walk.

Alastair is a Politics professor, and Susan is a Human Resources executive who has taken on a second career as a travel advisor.
