Hospitality Description: This is our second home. We typically have it rented out all summer long, but are happy to swap with enough notice. In the winters we’re typically able to swap with much less notice.

General Overview

Two bedroom, 1.5 bath house with fenced in yard. Great home base for exploring Anchorage and the surrounding area. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, walkable to a few restaurants.

The Space

Primary bedroom with a half bath and king size bed. Second bedroom with a king size bed. Full bath with a washer and dryer in the hall. Open kitchen and living room set up with two cool hanging chairs. There is room for a queen air mattress to be set up in the larger bedroom or the living room.

Guest Access

Three step to the front porch and off the back deck, but no steps inside the home.

Notes

This is a second home we rent on Airbnb with another family. Our calendar/availability is frequently changing. Naturally, we have more availability in the winter versus the summer, but because of this we’re also open to non-simultaneous swaps.
