Street level (upstairs) Large living area with separate dining/kitchen area. 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 King sized bed, Bedroom 2 triple bunk bed - double bed on the bottom and king single on the top (also has a trundler bed under but currently no mattress to put on it). 

Downstairs - Bedroom 3 - bunk beds, Bedroom 4 - King single with single pull out underneath.
Rumpus room with plenty of toys to keep children entertained.

Outside we have a grassed garden area with trampoline and also a decked area out the back with garden to enjoy.
