Large 4 bedroom family home with 2 bathrooms, rumpus room and space to play outside. Easy access to Wellington CBD and the motorway to head north too.

The space

Street level (upstairs) Large living area with separate dining/kitchen area. 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 King sized bed, Bedroom 2 triple bunk bed - double bed on the bottom and king single on the top (also has a trundler bed under but currently no mattress to put on it). Downstairs - Bedroom 3 - bunk beds, Bedroom 4 - King single with single pull out underneath. Rumpus room with plenty of toys to keep children entertained. Outside we have a grassed garden area with trampoline and also a decked area out the back with garden to enjoy.

Guest access

2 floors, access is a few steps to front door, internal steps.

Notes

We have a family friendly dog who we would need to either leave with you to look after or you would need to be happy for us to bring him with us (within NZ).
