General Overview

Very clean and cozy and smoke free 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom single family home in a quiet, family orientated neighborhood. Lots of room for kids to run and play on the days you decide to stay in. We have a large backyard that boasts a children’s swing-set and slides, fire pit with gazebo and a fenced in inground 6 ft deep heated pool with a slide (pool is opened from May-September). Pool has a tanning ledge that’s great for little ones and parents to sit and play. Five good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper floor (one bathtub). Main floor has a half bath with a dining room, family room, kitchen and a little playroom for kids. Lots of pots, pans, spices, and goodies to cook up a great meal. Basement has a bathroom with a shower, an office, a small gym with weights and a treadmill and a home theatre with a bar that can comfortably seat 8 people. There is an additional bedroom downstairs but the room is not finished . Walk out basement leads to the backyard. We have lots of toys and games for the family and smart tvs with Disney, Netflix, IPTV. Keypad entry into the house. One small, very cute and fluffy pet rabbit in the home.

Notes

I am open to requests outside of our calendar but we would be staying in the basement in these exchanges. The basement door would be kept locked. It does have a separate entrance through the backyard. There would be no access to the gym/office or theatre room. You would get the 3 bathrooms upstairs/4 bedrooms/kitchen/backyard/laundry room and etc. We would be gone majority of the day working.

Very close to shopping centres and public transportation to get into the city of Toronto (40 minutes to drive or you take the train in). Canada’s wonderland (largest theme park in Canada) 40 minutes away, Ripleys aquarium and the CN tower. 30 minute drive to the Toronto zoo. Small water park within a 20 minute drive. Thermea spa village 10 minute drive. Treetop trekking/ziplining 18 minute drive. Toronto zoo 25 minutes away. Bring some peanuts to the conservation and feed wild chipmunks and birds (10 minutes away). Indoor skydiving, arcade, and trampoline park 7 minutes away. Dagmar ski resort 23 minutes away. Lakeridge ski resort 20 minutes away. Safe and quiet neighbourhood with a few parks close by. Lots of great restaurants in the area. House is on a crescent so there isn’t much traffic. Endless things to do with the family. 2 hour drive to Niagara Falls.
