Very clean and cozy and smoke free four bedroom, 3 bathroom home. You would get the main floor and upstairs. We would be staying in the basement apartment during this exchange. There is a separate entrance through the backyard to get into the basement. Basement door is kept locked from both sides. Lots of room for kids to run and play on the days you decide to stay in. We have a large backyard that boasts a children’s swing-set and slides, fire pit with gazebo and a fenced in inground 6 ft deep heated pool with a slide (pool is opened from May-September). Pool has a tanning ledge that’s great for little ones and parents to sit and play. Four good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper floor (one bathtub). Main floor has a half bath with a dining room, family room, kitchen and a little playroom for kids. Lots of pots, pans, spices, and goodies to cook up a great meal. We have lots of toys and games for the family and smart tvs with Disney, Netflix, IPTV. Keypad entry into the house.
