15 minute walk/3 min drive into Farnham town. 10 minute easy walk to the train station. London Waterloo station 1 hour by direct train. Guildford (main city in Surrey) 15 mins drive away. Very easy access to A31 to the South West. South coast beautiful West Wittering beach 1 hour drive. Frensham Ponds (with beach) 8 min drive. Tesco Express 5 mins up the road (open early and late every night). Major supermarkets all in Farnham Town centre.
