This apt is managed and cleaned by the Accor Group, owner of luxury hotel brands such as Raffles, Savoy, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, Pullman and Sofitel, to name a few. At The Savoy, only the more expensive suites have the same Thames-and-park-facing views as this apt. - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, building with elevator (rare in UK). Separate kitchen (ie not open kitchen) - 88 sqm, completely refurbished a few years ago to a high standard - luxury furnishings and beds. Bed linens and fluffy towels, all 5-star-hotel standard, supplied by the Accor Group, who also supplies The Savoy and Raffles London (both only 2 mins walk away) - spacious living/dining room - lots of sunlight ☀️ from many large windows, high ceilings - unbelievably CENTRAL AND CONVENIENT LOCATION - moreover, NEXT TO A PARK 🌳🌷🌳 with DIRECT VIEWS from living room and master bedroom onto the park and RIVER THAMES. You can even see the London Eye 🎡from the master bedroom window when the tree leaves are off! - fully equipped kitchen (Bosch appliances) WALKING TIME to points of interest: - Victoria Embankment Gardens: 10 seconds - Trafalgar Square: 4 mins - National Gallery: 4 mins - Covent Garden (including the Royal Opera House): 4-7 mins - Leicester Square/Chinatown: 6 mins - Theatreland: over 30 West End theatres within a 10-min walking radius! - London Eye 🎡 / London Aquarium 🐳 : 7 mins - St. James Park: 7 mins walking or 3 minutes running - 10 Downing Street: 7 mins - changing of the Guards 💂 at Horse Guards Parade: 7 mins - Big Ben / Westminster Abbey / Parliament: 13 mins - Buckingham Palace 👑 : 15 mins - Southbank Centre: 5 mins. I fell in love with this apartment for many reasons, the key ones being: - UNBEATABLE location with excellent transport links 🚆 and walking distance to so many amazing sights and locations 👑🌳🎡💂 - sunlight-filled rooms ☀️ with high ceiling - DIRECTLY OVERLOOKS park 🌳🌹 and River Thames. It's just so nice to read a book lying on the lush grass lawn with a coffee or a picnic. This is just 10 seconds from the apartment! - Theatreland 🎭🎵 and the heart of London literally AT YOUR DOORSTEP

The Space

Bright and airy living and dining room, overlooking a small park. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed, overlooking a park, with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed. Second bathroom (not en-suite, just opposite the second bedroom). Everything decorated to a very high standard. Elevator in the building.

Guest Access

For majority of the year, this apt is available as 1 guest bedroom (double bed) + private bathroom + shared living/dining/kitchen. As I will be using the master bedroom, this will be classified as a hospitality stay. The total area available to guests will be 65 sqm (sole use + shared). This is the default scenario. As a stylish and comfortable double bedroom + private bathroom that is extremely well located in central London is still very useful to many travellers, I am happy to host such hospitality stays (either for non-sim swaps, or 5 nights for a globe) (have already completed multiple exchanges in this fashion, all with very happy guests and excellent reviews). For a few months a year, the entire apt will be available (2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, total 88 sqm). Such "entire-apt availability" will be separately posted in the PLU FB group, when available. (so, unless specified, the default scenario is still the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom hospitality stay) Kindly note that a cleaning fee of £174 will be applicable for whole-apartment stays. This is the cost the Accor Group charges me for thorough cleaning of the apt, fresh 5-star hotel quality bed linens plus 5-star hotel quality fluffy towels -- the same linens and towels that they supply to The Savoy and Raffles London. When it is needed, it means it is the only way to make home exchange possible and offer you top notch quality (as per the photos). For reciprocal exchanges, I would pay the cleaning fee for your property while you cover the £174 (or the prevailing rate). Thank you very much in advance for your understanding. (Note: Accor may adjust this fee from time to time. Cleaning fee is what I am quoted and I have no control over it)

Notes

Only non-smoker guests Each double bed uses a mattress that is 140cm wide. This would work for 2 guests for some but maybe not others who are used to wider double mattresses. Just don't want you to be surprised... Being so central, sometimes there is a bit of noise from outside, but the double glazed windows do a good job. Kindly note this is a “no shoes inside” apt (as I have beige carpets) No parties. Please be considerate towards neighbours.

This apt is really at the HEART of London. Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Covent Garden, West End for dozens of shows, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, St James and Green Park, London Eye, are ALL within 5-15 min walking distance. We are also being SURROUNDED by restaurants of every imaginable cuisine, ranging from more casual ones with good vibes to fine dining. 5 supermarkets within 5 min walk Everything is AT YOUR DOORSTEP !

From any of the airports, there are easy connections by train, underground or Uber/taxi. Nearest underground station is Embankment.

Many many important sights can be reached within 10-20 mins walk! which reduces the need for taking public transport or taxis (London underground in the summer is nasty!). Super well connected! Thames river cruise: 2 mins walk Hop on Hop off bus: 3 min walk In conclusion: no joke, this apt has SUPER CONNECTIVITY!!!
