General overview
Our home is located in Beamsville, Ontario. We are in the Niagara Benchlands. Beautiful wine country! 🍷
We are 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and approx 1 hour from Toronto.
Minutes from our home is the Bruce trail which has hiking for everyone. Waterfalls, escapement, rocks and streams on marked trails.
There are many places nearby which are a must see!

There is also some great spots along Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. We love beaches so can recommend a few! Golf courses are popular in the area as well as Canadas Wonderland (approx an hours drive)!
The space
Our home is located on the edge of town. We have 1.5 acres to enjoy!
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor (king size in master bedroom, double bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (2 single beds) plus a guest room (queen bed, no windows)
There is a bathroom with a tub and shower on the main floor and a bathroom downstairs with a shower.
The main floor is open concept with an office that was transformed from an existing garage. The basement has a TV and sitting area as well as a play area for the kids.
Our outdoor space has a covered deck which you can enjoy fires (propane fire table) and meals at the patio table. There is a hot tub and pool as well as a fire pit.
There is a concrete ball hockey pad which the kids will love along with some sports equipment to use!
We have an outdoor dog which stays on the property and has an outdoor kennel which he would have to be put into each night. We’d love for you to feed him daily. He’s super easy and loves people!

My husband, Derek and I have 4 children and love to travel and see new places. We live in Niagara, Ontario and enjoy exploring the area as there is lots to see and do! Our children are all in school so holidays are somewhat limited around their school schedule. Derek owns a home renovation company while I stay at home with the kids. We all love sports, especially hockey and baseball!
