Our house is isolated from the rest of the village. 
It is spread over two floors. 
The garden is large and habitable, with table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, to enjoy a space of freedom and privacy day and night. 
Inside, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large kitchen with traditional fireplace in working order, 1 living room and 1 room with office and small balcony. 
Location with sea view. 
It is a very relaxing and quiet place, surrounded by chestnut trees. 
Private parking, a means of transport is essential to get around. 
High-speed internet connection by Orange fiber.

The Space

The garden runs all around the house. It is equipped with a table and 6 outdoor chairs, 2 parasols, 4 deckchairs and two technical rooms with toilets, washing machine and dryer. The garden is full of flowers and has strawberry trees and clementine trees. 
In the house, on the ground floor, there is the large kitchen, equipped with a table and 6 chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo pod coffee machine, toaster, gas and vitroceramic hob and a traditional working fireplace. 
Next, a living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with Fransat channels available and the possibility of using the Smart TV features. 
Upstairs, a room with a desk and small balcony leads to two bedrooms with large 160 cm beds and windows. All the rooms have a sea view.
Still upstairs, there is the third bedroom with a window and two 90 cm beds and the bathroom with a shower, double sink with drawers, a storage unit, a dressing table with chair.
All the rooms are heated.

Guest Access

The car park is private and exclusive. It can accommodate several cars and is located on the garden level of the house. 
The ground floor of the house and the garden are on the same level. 
An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.

Notes

A private means of transport is essential for any trip. 
For children, we provide: high chair, folding bed, folding bathtub, changing mat, folding playpen, books and colored pencils. 
A Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. The connection is high speed (Orange fiber).

Neighbourhood

The house is located in the village of Cagnano, a small village in Cap Corse surrounded by nature that extends over several hamlets. 
It is a very quiet and private place, a good starting point to reach the beach or to go for walks or bike rides.

Bastia Poretta airport is 48 km away (1h10 by car). 
The port of Bastia is 28 km away (45 min by car). 
The house is easily accessible by car via the D80 from Bastia and by taking the D132 and the D432.

Getting Around

Private transport is essential.
The nearby village of Luri 8 km (15 min drive) offers a supermarket, post office, pharmacy.
In Santa Severa, 7 km (13 min drive) there is a petrol station, basic food shops, hairdresser, bars and restaurants, boat and jet ski rental service.

We are an Italian-French couple with a curious and sociable child.
We both work in the luxury furniture industry and our work is done remotely. This allows us to have a certain freedom and to enjoy our passion for travel, to discover different cultures and habits.
Our other passions are gastronomy, astronomy, art, science and fashion.
