General overview
We’re 20 mins south of the famous Las Vegas strip and McCarran/Harry Reid International Airport. We have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large outdoor courtyard and a pool. Close to spectacular hiking, historic sites and of course, all the entertainment that Las Vegas has to offer.
We have children in school, so our home is typically available during school vacation time. We’re open to a hospitality stay for 2 people in our guest room throughout the year. Don’t hesitate to email a request!
We look forward to hosting you soon!
The space
Large open concept kitchen living and dining area. Lots of natural light and privacy. We are kid friendly and have a loft area with games, art supplies and children’s library.
We have a guest room with en-suite downstairs and three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a loft upstairs. Watch the stars at night from the balcony of the main bedroom.
We have a large courtyard with gas grill and pizza oven. There’s a salt water pool and spa in the backyard with a safety pool fence.
Guest access
Our home is two stories with stairs both inside and at the front door.
Notes
We are a family of 4. I was born and raised in southern California and my husband was born in Zagreb, Croatia. We have two young daughters at home.
We have 2 small dogs (11&9 years old) and a large Mainecoon cat. All our pets will be boarded during any week long exchanges so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay without responsibilities. However, if it’s a hospitality stay, or longer than a week, they’ll all be in the home and we can discuss caring for our pets.
We are foodies and wine lovers and enjoy travel with our children. We have several premium subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Paramount Plus, HBO Max, etc. High Speed wifi is available as well.
You will need a car to get around to all that the Vegas area has to offer. There are more restaurants and bars than you could possibly ever want within 5-10 minutes from our home. We also have several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (5 mins) as well.
