Our 7th arrondissment Haussmanian apartment is typically Parisen. Located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower we are close to the Champs de Mars & childrens playgrounds, local markets & wonderful Parsian Cafés & several metro lines.

The Space

Featuring orignal mouldings and 4 fireplaces of which one you can use, elevator to the 4th floor giving lots of light & beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our triple salon living room. Large spaces, 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms allow for ample space to live & host with ease.

Guest Access

4th floor with elevator, secure bike parking in inner courtyard. Equipped with a security system and we have a building with A gardienne.

Notes

A very quiet street with less traffic than the other side of the Champs de Mars. Highly residentitla street with several embassies therefore low traffic & noise.
