General overview

We have put all our heart into the restoration of this family home, combining authenticity and comfort in the city center and 15 minutes from Lille by metro or car. Near the Cavrois villa and the swimming pool museum. We love the green patio designed as a continuation of the house, perfect for moments with family or friends.

The space

The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the first and two children's bedrooms on the second. Each of the floors is equipped with a bathroom with wc. A toilet is also present on the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen are positioned around the patio, a bay window with brick partition allows you to enjoy the view !! we have two children and a small cat who can be out of the house if our guests had allergies or fears:)
